For the attention of the IHL representatives planning centralized submission of documents of international students for apostilization.
Since the documents of international students are submitted in a centralized manner by IHL representatives and processed in the express mode, the processing fee per document equals UAH 174 plus UAH 51 in state duty.
If international IHL students submit documents in person (without a IHL representative), the processing fee per document equals UAH 288 plus UAH 51 in state duty. It is also possible to arrange for non-express processing of documents.
Representatives of an institution of higher learning have to have a letter from their institution of higher learning and carry their passports. The IHL letter is required to specify:
- the full name of the students, the titles, series, and numbers of the documents submitted for Apostilization.
- the full name the person who signed the diplomas and supplements to them as principal.
- the full name and passport details of the IHL representative commissioned to submit the documents.
- the educational institution assumes the responsibility for the completion correctness of the said documents and authenticity of the signatures and seal.
The letter must be on the letterhead of the educational institution and signed by the principal (vice principal) and certified with the official seal.
For medical educational establishments, the IHL letter is additionally required to have an endorsement of Yurii Ivanovych Fisun, Director of the Center of International Programs of the Ministry of Health (at 9 Dorohozhytska St, Shupyk National Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Educaton).
For other educational establishments, it is necessary to obtain an endorsement of Andrii Dmytrovych Bozhkov, Director of the International Cooperation Division of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports (at 10 Peremohy St, Kyiv) or his deputy Maksym Valeriiovych Mykhailenko.
