COST

When calculating the cost of your order, please take into account that:

1. Each document that receives an Apostille stamp is regarded as a separate document.

2. The mandatory charges for regular processing of each document are:

  • state duty – UAH 51.00;
  • document processing fee – UAH 60.

3. The state duty of UAH 51 per document is paid separately.

4. The issued bills (with the state duty charged and charges for services of express processing and others) are required to be paid immediately after the document submission.

5. The cost of express mail delivery within Ukraine is paid by the holder of the documents.

* – the document processing fee and state duty are added to the cost of remote submission.

* – the apostilization time does not include the mail delivery time.

ATTENTION PLEASE! The citizens belonging to privileged categories are not required to pay the state duty and fee for regular document processing. The privilege categories include:

  • Group 1 and Group 2 disabled persons;
  • WWII invalids;
  • citizens belonging to Category 1 of Chornobyl catastrophe victims;
  • orphaned children under 18 years of age.
