To get your education confirming documents apostillized, you do not need to come to Kyiv. SE Information and Image Center proposes that you send us your documents by conventional or express mail, provided that they will be delivered right to the door of our office at:

We can also send to you your apostilized documents regardless of your place of residence in Ukraine or abroad.
Before sending your documents to us, please consult our specialists through the Personal Cabinet who will identify the apostilization procedure needed for your documents and give an estimated time of its completion.
