When we offer express document preparation, this means that your documents will be processed in the first place and their readiness will be controlled by our staff at every stage.
If your documents do not require any requests to be sent to educational institutions to clarify information for apostilization purposes, you stand a good chance to receive the apostilized documents on the same day, or within 10 working days. However, certain documents (for example, all paper documents in the old formats) require such requests. If the apostilization require explanations or additional information, the Ministry sends an official request to the educational institution. Such requests and responses to them are usually sent by mail. The educational institution has the right to consider the request letter for a month in which case the time needed for the apostilization of your documents extends.
We offer you an accelerated consideration of such requests in which case you will receive your documents apostilized within 20 working days. In this case, the official request needs to be sent in advance by fax or e-mail within a day, and the time to be taken to send a response to it will be under our control.
