Statements
With our help you may order several statements from the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine for an embassy or an educational institution abroad:
Statement for the legalization of education confirming documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
If you are preparing documents for the legalization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, you may need a statement “On Confirming the Fact of Completed Education and the Right to Pursue the Next Qualification and Educational Level or Engage in Professional Activities.” You may obtain this statement from your educational institution. But if it is not possible for you to apply to your educational institution, we can help you. Our Center can obtain such a statement for you from the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine after verifying the fact of your education.
To obtain it, you will need to present a copy of your certificate of completed general secondary education with its supplement or a copy of your diploma with its supplement.
You may order it through the Personal Cabinet or at the time of your personal visit to our office. The statement issue time is from 10 to 40 working days. The prices are in the section Cost of Services.
Statement “On the Knowledge Assessment System in Ukraine”
At times to let you continue your education and recognize your qualifications, educational institutions ask for additional information about Ukraine’s knowledge assessment system due to the difference between the knowledge assessment standards in various countries at different periods of time. For this purpose, you will need a statement titled “On the Knowledge Assessment System in Ukraine.” To obtain this statement, you need to present a copy of your document of basic general secondary education or certificate of completed general secondary education with its supplement. You may order this statement through the Personal Cabinet or at the time of your personal visit to our office. The time needed to prepare this statement ranges from 10 to 20 working days. The prices are in the section Cost of Services.
Statement “On the License and Accreditation Level of the Institution of Higher Learning”
To confirm the qualification awarded to you in Ukraine, you may need for other counties a statement titled “On the License and Accreditation Level of the Institution of Higher Learning.” We will help you obtain this statement from the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
To obtain it you will need to present a copy of your diploma with its supplement. You may order this statement through the Personal Cabinet or at the time of your personal visit to our office. The time needed to issue this statement ranges from 20 to 40 working days. The prices are listed in the section Cost of Services.
Statements Issue Arrangement
If you need a statement from an educational institution with a list of subjects and awarded marks, but after this educational institution has changed its name, it is no more possible for you to apply to this educational institution for this purpose, we can help you. This procedure is called archive statement issue arrangement.
Package for the WES or Another Qualification Recognition Organization
Many countries have state qualification recognition centers. In the USA, this is the World Education Services (WES), in New Zealand – the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA), and similar organizations in other countries. Each has its own requirements for the list of documents to be presented and its own procedure of their verification. During its verification, the WES may send a request to the Ministry, asking for the response to come directly from the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine in an envelope sealed with the seal of the Ministry. Unfortunately, the Ministry does not have the necessary organizational, technical, and material capacity to process such requests. Therefore, this work has been delegated to our Center.
Please find out from the organization that is going to confirm your educational and qualification level which documents you actually need. Maybe, your apostilized education confirming documents will suffice. Otherwise we will help you obtain the package of documents from the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine. Such a package usually includes an application form. You may get it on the WES website after your registration there. You should complete the first portion of the form and send it to us. After verifying the fact of your education, a specialist of the Ministry fills out the second portion, puts his/her signature and the Ministry’s seal. Photocopies of your apostilized documents (in specific cases – the original documents) are put into the package with this form. The package is sealed with the Ministry’s seal and sent by express mail to the WES. The prices are listed in the section Cost and Times of Services.
