Documents for Apostilization are accepted only in the morning hours and returned in the afternoon four days a week (see the operating hours and issue procedure)
Taking this fact into account, we make it possible for you to submit and receive your documents at any time convenient for you everyday beyond the office hours of the Ministry.
The staff of the Information and Image Center will consult and help you clarify the time to be taken and cost of services. We guarantee high responsibility in our work with your documents and confidentiality of any information you enthused to us.
The Information and Image Center accepts and issues documents at 26/41 Pavlovska St, Kyiv, from Monday through Friday:
Monday – from 14.00 till 17.00
Tuesday – from 14.00 till 17.00
Wednesday – from 14.00 till 17.00
Thursday – from 10.00 till 17.00
Friday – from 14.00 till 17.00
The services of presenting and receiving documents at a convenient time are available at additional charges. Express document processing and state duty are paid separately (see Cost and times).
