Dear visitors,

The Personal Cabinet service is now in its testing phase and will soon be available for you.

To submit your documents in person at our office, please print and complete the application form.

For remote submission of documents for apostilization, please write us to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

In your letter, please indicate:

• your surname, given name and patronymic;
• the country in which you are going to use the documents;
• the country you will be sending your documents from;
• the country you will be paying for your order from.

Attach to the letter scanned copies (or large photos) of your education confirming documents which you want to get apostilized.

We need to review the copies of your documents to give you an estimated time of required for the Apostilization and the cost of the documents preparation services. Detailed information and the form of application for services of SE Information and Image Center will be returned to the e-mail address from which we received your letter.
